JDK Portland welcomes designers Jessica Raddatz, Justin Lucero

PORTLAND, Ore.3 October 2011Jager Di Paola Kemp Design (JDK) is pleased to announce and welcome designers Jess Raddatz and Justin Lucero to its Portland office.

Most recently, Raddatz, who will be a senior designer at JDK, worked as an art director at Saatchi & Saatchi. She was also a freelance designer at Burton Snowboards and K-Swiss. She spent three years at Nike in global apparel sports culture and Nike 6.0 action sports. Raddatz also worked as a designer for the Otis Design Group, Mattel, and Nuby Technology.

Raddatz claims to have memorized all the elements on the periodic table and to have seen every episode of MacGyver at least twice.

Prior to joining JDK, Justin Lucero worked as an independent designer over the past three years for clients such as Oregon Business magazine, Tin House Publishing and Crawl magazine where he was art director. Lucero was also a designer at Big-Giant, a Portland-based design studio.

Lucero loves the outdoors, owns a snaggletoothed Dachshund mix and cooks a wicked pot roast.
